jeg maler på det, jeg kalder for ekspiration –  et sammenkog af
indtryk, følelser og tanker -  nogen gange fra lige nu – andre gange
fra så langt tilbage at det er svært at vide hvorfra

billeder har sit eget sprog – et sprog der ikke kan verbaliseres – et
sprog der opfattes forskelligt, alt efter hvis øje det filtreres igennem,
men som skal være som en ekstra kanal vi kan opleve igennem

min fascination vedgår mennesket, dets kompleksitet, hemme-
ligheder og den sære form for ensomhed der ligger i at vide, at vi
aldrig kan være sikre på at noget andet menneske opfatter noget som
helst præcist som os selv

jeg vil gerne skildre skønheden set med de skævheder, som er en del
af det reelle liv og som giver klangen bund

jeg vil kigge dybere og længere og vedholde med at sprænge mine
egne grænser og mærke suget

jeg vil gerne stille spørgsmål, og få øjet der ser til at stille
endnu flere
 

Vision

I paint on what I call expiration – a mix of impressions ,
thoughts , feelings and experiences – sometimes from right now – other times from so far back that it is difficult to know wherefrom

always being caught between estheticism and truth
speaking the unspeakable touching the untouchable

fighting the doubt , fear and frustration in a dance that ultimately – but not always - will end up giving birth to an image that won´t reveal itself to you before the exact moment when it is done and therefore out of your hands

paintings have their own language – a language that cannot be verbalized – a language that is comprehended according to whose
eye and mind it is filtrated through – and that should be an extra own channel for every person to comprehend from

my own fascination is concerning the human being – the human complexity , secrets and the odd kind of loneliness that lies in knowing that you will never ever be reassured that the person next to you is seeing what you see

I want to show beauty seen through the eyes of  the crookedness
that is a part of real life and that gives room and depth to the sound
of life

I want to look deeper and further and keep on blowing away my own limits and feel the rush

I want to ask questions and make the eyes that sees ask even more…..
